Cancellation Policy

Workshop/Series Registration Cancellation

• Participants may cancel a registration for a workshop or series by sending a request in writing to CVEDC at info@cvedcvt.org.

• To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be made 7 days prior to the event.

• A fee of $60 per event may be incurred for cancellations made 2-7 days prior to the event.

• The full cost of an event will be charged for cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the event begins.

• Participants may designate a substitute at any time to attend a workshop with no penalty.
