Ellen Dorsey

Ellen Dorsey is an instructional coach in Washington Central Supervisory Union where she partners with teachers in grades K through 12 to meet their student-centered goals and provides professional development on instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners in heterogeneous classrooms. Before coaching, Ellen taught secondary mathematics for many years at U-32 in East Montpelier. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Vermont studying feedback tools to support professional growth for instructional coaches.
