Kirsten Kollgaard has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise working in multilingual education in Vermont and abroad as an ML teacher, classroom teacher, adjunct professor, district administrator and educational consultant. She is a good listener who approaches systems development and professional development from a strengths based model. Her specialty is in working with educator teams who support MLs to help them develop systems and instructional practices that better support all aspects of MLs’ learning experiences.
